Roderick D. Hector (CEO)
Rod Hector is a senior HR technology and strategic workforce transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience driving enterprise performance, organizational effectiveness, and large-scale transformation in complex environments.
As Chief of HR Data Systems for the Department of the Air Force, he led enterprise modernization initiatives and built high-performing teams focused on measurable outcomes.
His work included transitioning delivery models from waterfall to agile, leading enterprise change management efforts, and deploying CRM and case management platforms.
Rod has overseen multimillion-dollar portfolios, led organizations of more than 100 professionals, and delivered scalable, data-driven solutions that strengthen workforce capability and enable long-term organizational strategy.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master Certificate in Project Management, and a Prosci Change Management Certification.
Saundra Nichols (COO)
Saundra Nichols is an executive leader and nationally recognized authority in military family support, organizational readiness, and enterprise program transformation.
With nearly 20 years supporting the Department of the Air Force, she has led strategy, policy execution, and operational delivery across a broad range of personnel and family programs, impacting service members and families worldwide.
Saundra is known for translating complex legislation and policy into practical, human-centered solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
As a consultant, facilitator, and curriculum designer, she builds high-performing teams and sustainable frameworks that move organizations from intention to impact.
She holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is a Master Certified Life Coach.
